For changing your bikes of san andreas download GGMM (gta garage mod manager )

for changing the vehicles first extract all the file in your san andreas DATA folder in which gta 3 and some other files are present then open then select any vehicle then click on the first option and selet your vehicle then play enjoy:) Click here -GGMM TOOL
